	경력	Hello, I'm Jhen, I am 27 years old and ESL teacher with nearly 5 years of experience working with students of diverse levels and ages. Despite graduating in Computer Programming from Kolehiyo ng Subic and having various work experience, my career has led me into the dynamic world of teaching English as a Second Language. I believe in fostering a supportive learning environment where each student's unique strengths are embraced, and continuous improvement is encouraged. My teaching philosophy centers around creating engaging lessons that cater to various learning styles, promoting effective communication, and nurturing a passion for lifelong learning. To enhance my teaching skills, I consistently explore innovative teaching methodologies, stay abreast of language acquisition research, and actively seek feedback to refine my approach. I believe that a good teacher cannot begin or continue to inspire learners without being a learner. So, to live this belief, I must continuously examine my teaching methods and find new ones.
